I found the house I wanted by browsing the internet and out of all the agents I could have chosen to contact , I randomly selected Cassandra.  She ended up being a wonderful choice as realtor. Promptness was her specialty since my mind was set on a particular property.  Two days from the time I first found the house online, we had visited the property and Cassandra had my Offer to Purchase drawn up.  We closed  within three weeks.  It was such a simple ordeal, and she was so pleasant to work with.  Over the course of the past year, our contact has remained active--emails and cards to see how things are going.  She is truly a genuine professional and a fabulous person to know.  I would highly recommend Cassandra to anyone looking to buy in NC.
